To maintain a quality directory we ask that you agree to our rules.
1. No more than 1 (one) website or homepage periodicaly!
2. Only Halloween-related and Scary Theme Sites please!
3. A link back to our site is required to be listed until we see our link on your site. You will usually get a lot more traffic from us than you send out. If you remove our link, so we have to delete yours and ban you from future link exchanges with our site.
4. No Money-making opportunities or any other scam programing sites!
5. No Pornographic or any or illegal sites!
6. Do not fake your hits in or out!! Our script will nofity us if you are cheating. The same goes with voting. Any site found cheating will be banned without notice.
7. Please do not use ALL CAPS in your titles or descriptions.
8. Please only submit sites that are in the English language.
9. We do not guarantee that your site will be listed (commercial or non-commercial). All sites listed are at the discretion of HalloweenMaster's Go Top 100 Horror Links.
10. We have the right to remove and delete any site from our directory at our discretion.
